Luke has just recently joined our staff as the youth minister of the church. He comes to FBC Ramsey after graduating from Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in General Studies with a concentration in Physical Education/Health and Religion. He grew up in O'Fallon, Illinois where he was very involved at First Baptist Church of O'Fallon's youth group and other church activities. Luke has played sports for most of his life and continued as he went on to play collegiate football and baseball at Olivet.

Luke grew up with parents who were strong in their faith and it showed in the way they lived their lives. He accepted Jesus Christ into his life at an early age and was dedicated to living a life for Christ. After trying to find his place throughout Junior and High School, he rededicated his life to God after a close friend was in a near fatal car accident. From then on, Luke has been following God and allowing God to direct his life. Once entering into college, Luke went through a time of hardship and struggle. With the loss of both his parents, Luke faced a college experience unlike the norm. After struggling with the loss of his parents, he felt lead to enter into ministry as a youth pastor.
