Music Ministry

There are many opportunities for service in the music ministry at First Baptist Church.

Our sanctuary choir rehearses each Wednesday evening (6:00-7:00 PM) and helps to lead the worship each Sunday morning with upbeat contemporary praise songs.

Our Praise Band leads worship the third Sunday morning of each month.

Our musical variety encompasses many genres: classic hymns, contemporary Christian songs, Southern Gospel, and older choruses.

We work hard to blend our musical styles into worship that is both pleasing for our Lord and satisfying for the ones giving the praise. We also have several special choir opportunities for limited time service:

VBS Musicals

Special occasions may also find a piano quartet performing.
